Itinerary
Your own private Egyptologist Tour Guide will pick you up from your hotel to visit Sakkara, part of Memphis’s massive Necropolis, and the burial site of the most ancient Pharaohs discovering the first Pyramids built in Egypt known as the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, designed by Imhotep, the ancient Egyptian architect, also a visit the Teti Pyramid and tombs in Saqqara.
Proceed to Memphis, capital of the ancient kingdom and now home to an open-air museum and giant statue of Ramses II. Memphis founded around 3,100 B.C, was the legendary city of Menes, the King who united Upper and Lower Egypt. Memphis was more like a fortress from which Menes controlled the land and water routes between Upper Egypt and the Delta. Also, you will have the chance to visit a Papyrus Institute to see how this famous artwork is made if you wish, then transfer back to your hotel.

Tour Voucher:
After confirming your tour, we will email you Nile Plaza voucher with final confirmation and contact details of your tour manager, customer care and additional information for your convenience. Please print this voucher and bring with you.
Cancellation Policy:
Nile Plaza doesn’t charge a cancellation for tours and excursions cancelled for force majeure or reasons beyond control. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
